ABOUT RIGHTLIFT

Licensed elevator expertise with an accessibility-first approach

RightLift was built to give people something the elevator industry doesn’t always offer — honest advice, plain language, and an independent perspective from someone who actually knows the equipment.

OUR STORY

Helping people understand their options — before spending thousands

Elevator service can feel like a black box. You get a quote you can’t read, for parts you’ve never heard of, from a company that takes days to call you back. Then you’re asked to approve thousands of dollars in repairs and trust that it’s all necessary.
For homeowners considering a stairlift or platform lift, it can feel just as confusing. Brands, models, electrical requirements, contractor coordination, weather exposure, building modifications — each detail matters, and getting one wrong can cost you in ways you didn’t see coming.
RightLift exists to change that. We provide elevator service when you need it, but the bigger part of what we do is help you understand what’s actually going on — before approving repairs, replacing parts, installing a lift, renewing a maintenance contract, or buying a property with an elevator.
Many of our customers come to us frustrated. Quotes they can’t decode. Recurring issues no one will explain. Maintenance contracts that feel like a black box. Accessibility lift options they don’t know how to evaluate. Contractors and electricians who need direction. RightLift helps simplify all of it.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

A different kind of elevator company

Most elevator companies sell maintenance contracts and parts. We sell clarity, judgment, and honest answers.

Led by a Licensed Elevator Mechanic

Every assessment, report, and recommendation comes from someone trained and licensed to work on the equipment.

Accessibility-Focused

Helping families, seniors, and people with mobility challenges navigate stairlift, platform, and home elevator decisions confidently.

Independent Assessments & Second Opinions

We aren’t trying to sell you a maintenance contract or talk you into the most expensive repair. We give you what we see.

Practical Reports, Not Sales Pressure

Plain-language reports built around what you actually need to know — what you’re looking at, what to ask, and what to consider next.

Identifies Unclear or Costly Recommendations

If a repair quote doesn’t add up, we’ll help you understand why — and what questions to ask before approving the work.

Reviews Recurring Service Problems

Same issue keeps coming back? We help identify maintenance patterns, repeat callbacks, and service quality concerns.

Coordinates Contractors & Electricians

Installing a lift involves multiple trades. We help coordinate the work so nothing falls through the cracks.

Serves Smaller Ontario Markets

Kingston, Belleville, Peterborough, North Bay, and surrounding communities — areas often underserved by GTA-focused providers.
